What’s Going On: Getting anxious and stressed about this last month of my challenge. I know I’ve been expressing this for the past several days. Sorry! BUT I’m aware of this and going to make sure that everyday I do something that gets me out of my head. Like a walk, hike, watching a movie, having lunch with a girlfriend or cooking dinner for my man. Cooking is pretty therapeutic for me and forget until I do it. I’m 27 days away from ending this year long challenge, aye carumba!
