A week ago I was invited to preview several resort and spring collections at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. Thank goodness I squeezed in some time to get a hair blowout and style at one of my local favorite drybars, Séchoir on Montana Avenue. Since the weather was amazing, I knew exactly what outfit was calling my name in my closet. This dress by Single Dresses has many elements I love from the deep ocean blue color to the length and the way it flows with subtle pleating. It’s design was inspired by a Halston Heritage dress worn by character Carrie Bradshaw in SATC Movie Part II. I couldn’t resist taking advantage of the pool area for an outfit of the day photo opp. Savvy Style Tip: depending on your height, long dresses may need to be hemmed up. To get the perfect measurement be sure the hemline hits right in between the back of your heel where it bends. You’ll be able to wear cute flat sandals, wedges or heels with this hemline.[space]
