I met a friend for lunch today at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica and to my amazement noticed the old home of Restoration Hardware reopened today as Baby & Child Restoration Hardware.
Walking into this space is like dream. It’s as if you are immediately transported into Marie Antoinette’s Versailles palace. It’s like walking into a French design fantasy created for little tikes, who probably couldn’t care less.
It truly felt like I was touring old homes on some countryside of France. The long hallways with high beam arch ways decked out with crystal chandeliers makes this huge showroom magical and luxurious yet simple and pretty.
