Savvy Alternative: Chanel 2.55 Quilted Handbag
I’ve always coveted the classic Chanel 2.55 quilted handbag and owned a few in my day before reselling them which I slightly regret, although I did make more than I spent on the bags when I originally bought them. With that said, Chanel bags are obviously a good investment but if you don’t happen to have a few grand or so (more like or so) to drop on one of these babies, you can feel good about wearing this eco-chic version by PopMolly made of recycled rubber. I had the pleasure of checking out these bags in person at a recent fashion event held by the L.A. Fashion Council. I fell in love with the playful colors and quirkyness, not to mention they are lightweight on the shoulder. I know it’s not a Chanel (click here to see my Chanel inspired outfit) but it’s definitely a savvy alternative for only $50.
