Video :: Recipe Easy Valentine’s Day Dinner
A few of my savvy girlfriends who are savvy in business but not so savvy in the kitchen asked me for an easy but impressive recipe they could make for their beloved since I cook for husband on occasion (if he’s been a good boy). At first I was going to physically accompany one of my girlfriends to the store, show her what to buy, then take it all back to her place and show her how to cook the meal. But time has got the best of us and I decided to shoot a video so everyone can make this recipe
Honey Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
* Before you begin to prep everything, Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1 whole chicken, washed and put into roasting pan
* Add salt and pepper to chicken
Sauce:
2 bottles of honey teriyaki sauce any brand (I like to use 1 honey and 1 island teriyaki combined together)
1 large can (drained) chunk pineapples
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
4 dashes of dry mustard
* Mix all ingredients together in a bowl set and pour over whole chicken in roasting pan
* Cover roasting pan with lid or aluminum foil and cook whole chicken for 1 hour
Side dishes:
* White or brown rice
* Couple of zucchinis and yellow squash (sliced and cooked in pan with olive oil, salt, pepper until lightly brown)
