You can take these pieces and still wear them through this winter season so don’t dismiss your velvet pieces.
Velvet is one of those luxe fabrics that makes dressing for the winter season more fun. There was a lot of velvet wearing action on the Golden Globes red carpet and I suspect some at the Oscars this year. A classic fabric that keeps on trending.
There’s variations of velvet from crushed (thicker, plush) to burned out (some parts see through) and velveteen (used for more casual pieces). I have quite the obsession for velvet.
