Style Savvy: Somedays I have to thank the “Style Gods” for the extension of my closet. Yes, my wardrobe is huge but partly due to that I’m a stylist and my job is to collect pieces, receive pieces from designers and so forth. I get surprise goodies from time-to-time and then it becomes part of my closet/styling wardrobe. Today is all about Spring florals and pops of color in my CH Carolina Herrera dress, vintage Cartier necklace, Michael Kors rose gold watch and neon yellow Prabal Gurung for Target high heels.
Personal Style: Sophisticated Elegance
What’s Going On: Yesterday I spoke of recovering from my emotional hangover (read HERE) due to the other night (read HERE). I guess I wasn’t done because last night I was still grieving and mourning my losses over the past year. Today I had a slight emotional hangover but on the flip side feeling delighted with anticipation because my beau is on his way home from being out-of-town and I’m looking forward to spending time with him tonight. I don’t write much about my romantic endeavors because I’m respectful of privacy. What I can reveal is that I’ve been extremely cautious and guarded which is super uncomfortable. I’m typically all in or not, so I’ve been wavering in the middle. At this point in our newish relationship I can say the armor is slowly coming off. More will be revealed.
