Mood: Bittersweet
Weather: Tropical, muggy, partial sun, partial clouds (North Shore, Hawaii)
Outfit Purpose: Traveling
Style Savvy: When traveling by plane, I still want to look somewhat chic but be comfy especially if my flight is 5 hours plus. As I’ve mentioned in previous outfit posts, you can never go wrong a classic white cotton button up shirt and a pair of boyfriend jeans. This shirt I’m wearing from Nordstrom, falls under the more casual side of white button ups because the cut is what I call the “boyfriend” fit and meant to be worn slightly wrinkled. In keeping with the “boyfriend” theme, I paired my fave J. Brand boyfriend jeans along with my go-to Havaianas for the sand, funky blue sunnies and Nars Shanghai Red matte lipstick. Oh and peeking out of my shirt is a bright peach and hot pink lace bra from Victoria’s Secret.
Personal Style: Casual Chic
Thoughts: I’m feeling bittersweet as I say goodbye to the beautiful easiness of tropical paradise known as the North Shore of Hawaii. Not only have I met genuine and kind people during my stay, I had a chance to get to know someone close to me on a deeper level. I’m so grateful for his gentleness, generosity, tenderness, passion, understanding and spirituality. He opened his home to make me feel special and shared a slice of his life with me. He will forever have a special place in my heart.

Thanks for reading and your comment. I’m sorry you feel that I’m not honest. I’ve been extremely honest with how I feel on a daily basis and don’t hold back. As far as the vagueness…I have to respect other people’s privacy as requested by that person, so yes it might appear to be vague in that regard.
So this work and magazine interview trip was really one big long distance booty call? From the sounds of it, it didn’t work out too well?!one gets the sense that you embellish and exaggerate to sound more important at every chance. I for one would appreciate you being a little more honest with these postings and a lot less vague.
