Style Savvy: If you’ve been keeping up with the latest trends you might have seen this style of wrap skirt as one of the must haves for the season. I’m going to let you in on a secret, I bought this last summer before it became the “it” skirt. I purchased this skirt because I loved the thin cotton and cut of skirt which suits my SoCal style. The taupe/nude color also goes with mostly every color. This skirt can be paired with ankle boots, below the knee boots, sandals and wedges.

What’s Going On: I’ve been under-the-weather the past couple of days and super uncomfortable but it will pass. As you can see my mood for the day is “upset” that’s because I’ve upset my mom. You’ve read in the past that we’ve had to figure out how to live together while I’m staying with her for now. We’ve managed to work through most of it but today since I was overwhelmed, not in my right frame of mind and simply not feeling well, I exerted some attitude. I admitted I was wrong and apologized but I the damage was done. It hurts me to know I’ve hurt my mom, especially when I didn’t mean to. I left for the evening and hopefully gave her some space. I’m not perfect and I try to work on my short comings but I’m human. So that is the deal for today.
