Style Savvy: I received a funny graphic about “Today’s Weather” and every place on the US map had speech bubbles that read “F–k it’s cold” “F-U Winter” “This cold weather is F—king F–ked” and then California state read “LOL”… it’s true! We are giggling over this dreamy warm summer sunshine for the past week. Hence my outfit for today. I can’t believe I’m wearing denim shorts in January but I’m not complaining. I tried to “winterize” my outfit with my J. Crew argyle cashmere sweater and Steve Madden moto boots. Blinged it up with Love Tatum baubles (rings, opal bracelet, shark tooth necklace).

What’s Going On: I’m exhausted. I barely slept last night. I finally hit an emotional bottom over my recent relationship. It brought me back to when my ex-husband said he no longer wanted to be married and didn’t leave me with much explanation nor an option like marriage counseling or a fighting chance. The past couple of days, I felt my heart growing heavy but I was trying to be strong. Finally the pain in my chest was too unbearable and the only relief was to cry myself to sleep. I was dragging this morning. I didn’t want to get out of bed but I had business to take care of. Thank god for makeup, a good camera, natural glow at magic hour and Photoshop, otherwise my eyes would’ve looked super puffy in these photos. Now I’m off to practice a new song on my keyboard (in piano mode).
