What’s Going On: Wow! I just realized I’m in my 7 months of this challenge. Holy cannoli, 5 more months to go! Ummm a cannoli or two sure sound good right now. Uh okay, I digressed. This challenge has been a true test to my commitment and perseverance. Somedays, like today, I don’t get out of the house because I need to catch up on stuff at my desk. This makes it difficult to shoot my outfit of the day. I might not be in a stylish outfit either. It could be PJ’s or sweats or the same damn boyfriend jeans you’ve seen me in a gazillion times.
I also took time today to reflect on the events that have transpired so far during this challenge. I’ve lived life to the fullest and had some great adventures within these 7 months. I even experienced love again, although brief, but I know I’m capable of being open to it. The only way to get over my last romance is to start dating again. It would be nice to be with him but it’s obviously not in my destiny otherwise he would call and say let’s give it another shot.
FYI, I hate dating. I know most people feel the same way. I love being in a relationship. I do better in one. I know, I know…one must date to develop into a relationship but even then there’s no certainty. Alas, the risk of romance. Oh AND speaking of romance…I thought I was done filming on the reality show The Romance but I’m not. I still have more filming to do. Stay tuned!
