Style Savvy: Accessories make all the difference with a basic outfit. If you can visualize just my white tank top paired with my J. Brand boyfriend jeans, it would look pretty plain and boring. But as you can see my accessories transformed this lifeless outfit into something stylish. The color gold, sparkly jewelry and sexy high heels always seem to uplift my mood and today it was needed. What’s Going On: I’m still mourning over my cat Jewel that I laid to rest over the weekend. I didn’t get out of bed until 1pm today. I hate admitting this but I was so sad. I had a few things to take care of today so that motivated body movement, coffee drinking, teeth brushing and getting dressed. I know contrary action is what I need to do when I don’t feel like doing anything. Once I get going, I always feel better. I also realized that I need take myself off the pressure cooker and live one day at a time. I’ve been trying to rush things, rush my life, rush decisions, rush people, rush, rush, rush. What the heck am I in a hurry for? I’m reeling it back and taking it slow so I can breathe easier.
