What’s Going On: I actually took a nap today! I know this doesn’t sound like much but for me it’s a feat. As some of you might have read in previous blog posts I have trouble sleeping. I don’t get much of it and I never nap. I’ve tried but haven’t been too successful. Today was different and I think it has to do with a new calm force in my life who so far has been a good balance and influence. I’m so mellow today, it’s a nice change of pace to not be all in my head.
