Style Savvy: When it’s hot, windy, dry and I have to be outside styling a model for a photo shoot for hours, I’m making sure I’m wearing something comfy, cool and stylish. Denim shorts come in various lengths, shades and prints so don’t be afraid to sport them this summer.

What’s Going On: Having a stylin’ fun day on-set for a funky fresh tennis court photo shoot. It was “rad” and the photos are going to be “rad” … a fave word amongst our amazing photographer today.
On a not-so-fun note, driving back towards home afterwards was eerie. The skies were black and I can literally see all the fires blazing the hillsides right off the freeway. Hues of orange and red flaring in the midst of smoke. I could smell the ambers flying through the air. It was shocking and scary. I pray that everyone is safe and hopefully didn’t lose too much in the fires. Unfortunately they aren’t fully contained yet.
