After a long 4-day weekend of savvy fashion fun, I finally got a chance to write this post about my Fashion’s Night OutĀ evening on Thursday, Sept. 6th thanks to Nicole, Kelli and Kristen! They hooked me and Sarah (my assistant) up with front row seating for the fashion show at Santa Monica Place. Both Bloomies and Nordies had beauty lounges with free make-overs and tray pass appetizers provided by Nordstrom’s restaurant. Stefano, a very young and cute former American Idol contestant, opened up the fashion show with a few songs and the rest was style eye candy.
I was “live” tweeting and Instagraming for the night … a bit hectic especially when trying to respond to tweets. I managed and managed not to miss out on all the fun for the night!
With Jessica Cowdrick, owner of Blue Sparrow on Main Street, Santa Monica. I wish I had these blue lace shorts when I was planning my FNO outfit. Oh well!
Getting my bling on … what else…
Chatting with Ira, owner of KYSS on Main Street, Santa Monica. This store has an amazing selection of on-trend pieces and fun arm candy at affordable prices.
Clever boutique on Main Street had a live acoustic band, delish mini lemon cakes and vintage apparel ā also one of the only stores that stayed open until 10PM.
And that’s all for the photo sartorial but behold…I shot some video of the runway show (below)…ENJOY!
