Lightweight silk chiffon dresses are effortless, stylish and chic but most importantly pack well. Try rolling it in tissue paper before packing in your suitcase to avoid wrinkles.

What’s Going On: Yesterday was such an abnormal but delightful day because I was fully relaxed and fully present for every second of my day. Today a little different story. My head started grinding with all sorts of thoughts – past, present, future crap. I was disappointed because I thought I might be on a roll with living in the moment and living in serenity. I started mentally beating myself up but remembered I can’t do that anymore. It doesn’t serve me well, nor anyone around me either. These are the times when I need to give myself a hug and hugs from my man all day is just icing on my cake.
